A Self-Care Ritual for Feeling Better

So have you ever felt like you were about to “catch” an illness?

And then you know those times when you start to feel run down and you’re just at the edge of exhaustion?

Well, I have a bath recipe that I swear by.

A friend of mine, Kathy, actually told me about it and she loves natural home remedies. And she hasn't been sick for years!

So anytime you’re not feeling your best, (or you’re feeling like you’re about to not feel your best), then do this:

Feel Better Bath Recipe

  1. Start a warm bath.
  2. As the water is flowing in, pour an entire bottle (16 oz) of hydrogen peroxide.
  3. Add 3 cups of epsom salt.
  4. Optional: Add 3 drops of lavender essential oil (therapeutic grade).
  5. Let the bath fill up and then soak for 30 minutes.
  6. Repeat up to 3x a day until you feel back to your best.

I just made up this bath tonight, and I felt inspired to share it with you. Not only do I feel better right now, as of writing this, but I fully expect to feel even better after a good night’s sleep. I have know idea why it works, and frankly I don’t need to know. It just works!

Seriously, save this bath recipe somewhere because I swear by it, and you never know when you might need it!
